Hall Underwriting & Consulting, is seeking a real estate appraiser to join its team of forensic review appraisers in Ft. Washington, PA. The candidate will be responsible for conducting retrospective valuation reviews/desk reviews of residential appraisal reports used by seller/servicers to support lending decisions and determine if the report meets agency guidelines. Must be an active licensed residential real estate appraiser with a minimum of 7 years experience with appraisal review on a national level, or valuation of 2-4 family dwellings, condominiums, cooperatives, land trusts, leasehold and factory built properties. Must be well organized, have a high energy level and posses concise research, analytical and time management skills as well as being an effective communicator.
