The Philadelphia Metropolitan Chapter welcomes you!

After months of research and hard work, we are thrilled to welcome you to our newly revamped website. Our goal was to develop the site to be as informative as possible for appraisers, other real estate professions and members of the general public.

Our multifaceted website provides members with the following:

• List of all Chapter-sponsored activities, such as meetings and events (including topics and schedules); educational offerings, including seminars, courses, podcasts, and special events; employment opportunities for job seekers and employers looking to hire; and resources commonly used by appraisers.

• Brief explanation of the valuation process and how to identify qualified appraisers to perform real estate valuation and consultation services.
• Access to our Facebook page and Twitter feed—venues for discussing opportunities, identifying challenges, and working on real problems faced by our Chapter’s members and the general public.

We encourage you to check this page often, as its regular updates will make it easy for members and other interested individuals to stay connected by attending meetings, education offerings and special events provided by the Chapter.
